Main Job Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy & Governance:

• Develop and maintain a technology roadmap aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
• Identify opportunities for digital transformation, automation, and process optimization within the business unit.
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements across all technology solutions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for technology performance, cost efficiency, and business impact.
• Drive vendor management, including contract negotiations, SLAs, and performance reviews

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary technology partner for the business unit, understanding operational needs and translating them into actionable technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior business leaders to prioritize investments and align technology outcomes with strategic goals.
• Communicate technology plans, risks, and progress to stakeholders in clear, business-friendly language.

Delivery Leadership & Operational Excellence:

• Oversee implementation and support of core systems (ERP, WMS, OMS, e-commerce platforms, integrations).
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of technology services supporting the business unit.
• Drive continuous improvement through proactive monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Manage technology budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related technical field (Master s or MBA preferred).
• 8 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles with exposure to product lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management tools (Jira, Confluence).
