Roles & Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

The Business Transformation Services Specialist at Azadea's Business Services supports the implementation of transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing business processes. He/she focuses on contributing to the identification and implementation of process innovations, supporting change management efforts, and assisting in the development and execution of business process enhancements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements across various business functions. Support the implementation of these improvements by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the creation of Functional Design Specification (FDS) documents under the guidance of the senior management. Collaborate with the business analysis team to ensure documentation aligns with project goals.
  • Help develop requirements, specifications, and business processes related to technological enhancements. Support solution development, testing, and validation processes.
  • Assist in designing, generating, testing, and validating insightful performance metrics, Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and measurement tools.
  • Participate in cross-functional transformation initiatives, assisting with planning, implementation, and day-to-day execution.
  • Provide support on small-to-medium size projects throughout their entire cycle, including planning, implementation, and day-to-day execution.
  • Help design and implement policies and processes that enhance quality and efficiency within the business.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently delivered and maintained, meeting all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and promptly addressing requests.

LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

Language Proficiency

  • Fluency in English.
  • Fluency in French is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Specific Skills

  • Strong knowledge of business analysis, consulting and change management and technical projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

EXPERIENCE

Two to four years of experience in a similar role.
