Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main duties

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for hospital-based healthcare products and services.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the hospital sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital decision-makers, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and inform sales tactics.
  • Oversee tendering processes and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring consistent achievement of business goals.
  • Drive listing in tenders and disease management protocols
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and company policies.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in pharmacy, Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in hospitals/specialty sales and marketing, including tendering processes, with at least 2-3 years in leadership roles
  • Proven experience in sales management and access within the healthcare sector in both Governmental and private hospitals .
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building capabilities with key hospital stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).
