BUSINESS UNIT HEAD - LIGHTING Chase and Hunt Consultancy

Job Purpose:

To drive business growth by developing new opportunities and managing existing relationships in ELV, LCS, Lighting Projects, and Services within the UAE electrical construction market. The role involves building strong networks with all stake holders to secure projects and ensure sustainable profitable business.

Key Responsibilities: - Business Development

· Identify, qualify, and capture new project business opportunities, including ELV, LCS, Lighting, and Service solutions.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, interior design firms, lighting designers, FM companies, fit-out firms, and end clients

· Manage the entire project sales cycle including lead generation, technical proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.

· Track projects from design to execution, ensuring active involvement at each stage to secure orders.

· Business Presentations for Management

Client & Market Engagement

· Engage with key decision-makers to secure specifications and approvals for company solutions

· Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to strengthen brand visibility.

· Provide market insights on competitor activities, pricing, and upcoming projects.

Collaboration & Coordination

· Work closely with internal technical, design, and estimation teams to deliver competitive solutions.

· Coordinate with service and execution teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

· Support cross-functional teams in achieving project and service revenue targets.

Financial & Reporting

· Support in achieving company sales targets and contribute to overall profitability.

· Support to the team in timely collection of receivables from clients.

· Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
