Butler/House Manager

Client of Elite Butlers Hospitality Solutions LLP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Household Management: Oversee and coordinate daily household activities, ensuring cleanliness, order, and efficiency.
• Guest Services: Welcome and serve guests with professionalism, including meal service, refreshments, and general hospitality.
• Household Maintenance: Supervise housekeeping staff, coordinate repairs and maintenance, and ensure the home remains in pristine condition.
• Meal & Beverage Service: Set tables, serve meals, and prepare light refreshments when required. Coordinate with the kitchen staff.
• Wardrobe & Laundry Management: Organize wardrobes, manage laundry, and ensure clothes and linens are always in excellent condition.
• Personal Assistance: Assist the homeowner with errands, shopping, and other personal tasks as needed.
• Security & Safety: Monitor security measures, manage deliveries, and ensure the household remains safe and well-maintained.
• Event Assistance: Help plan and execute private events, ensuring smooth service and hospitality.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5-10 years in a similar role within a private household, luxury hotel, or high-end hospitality setting.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, discretion, and excellent attention to detail.
• Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Personality: Polite, professional, and service-oriented with a keen sense of hospitality.
• Flexibility: Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Appearance: Well-groomed and presentable at all times.
