Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Reception Manager, the responsibilities and essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • To consistently offer a professional, friendly and engaging service;
  • Identify and anticipate customer needs and ensure a personalized service;
  • Provide catering services as needed;
  • Helping clients realize their projects or facilitating the visits they wish to undertake during their stay;
  • Ensure a response to all customer requests and follow up;
  • Thoroughly understand and be familiar with the services, technology, equipment, uses and systems provided in the suites;
  • To assist clients with hotel facilities in an informative and helpful manner;
  • Adhere to the department's policies, procedures and service standards;
  • Respect all security policies;
  • Other tasks, such as those assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

Prior experience in customer service is required;

  • Professional presentation;
  • Exceptional customer service skills and high oral communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
  • Particularly responsible and reliable;
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Ability to focus attention on customer needs, while remaining calm and courteous at all times.
