Roles & Responsibilities

Core Duties

  • Provide personalized Butler services including pre-arrival coordination, check-in, in-stay assistance, and departure arrangements
  • Anticipate guest needs and deliver bespoke experiences that reflect St. Regis service standards
  • Coordinate with Butler Valets and other departments to ensure seamless support for guest requirements
  • Build strong rapport with guests to enhance loyalty and satisfaction
  • Maintain professionalism in communication, appearance, and service delivery
  • Follow company policies, health, and safety standards while creating a welcoming environment
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items as part of daily responsibilities
