Roles & Responsibilities

  • Master the art of table setting, ensuring impeccable presentation and anticipating guest needs before they arise.
  • Expertly serve food and beverages, demonstrating a refined understanding of proper etiquette and seamless service flow.
  • Provide personalized guest service, remembering preferences and proactively catering to individual requests with grace.
  • Maintain meticulous cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring a pristine environment for an exceptional experience.
  • Manage wine service, confidently recommending pairings and expertly handling decanting and pouring.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, resolving issues promptly and maintaining guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and accurate order fulfillment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates with 5 Star hotel experience are preferred.
