Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To support the procurement and contracts functions by efficiently acquiring goods and services, ensuring compliance with company policies with regards the pricing management via RFQ/RFP/Tendering , and achieving cost savings and value for money.

  • Conduct RFQ/RFP processes and evaluate supplier proposals. Execute the procurement process from requisition to delivery,

  • ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

  • Identify, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions. Assist in contract

  • management and compliance.

  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings, staying updated on industry trends.

  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate

  • records.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, performance, and cost savings, providing insights and

  • recommendations.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and ensure seamless

  • operations.

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet procurement needs.

  • Other key focuses:

  • Mitigate supplier risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Ensure correct use of iIncoterms to manage shipping responsibilities, costs, and risks.

  • -Align procurement spending with budgetary goals

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement.

  3. Strong understanding of RFQ/RFP processes and contract management.

  4. Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.

  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
