Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Make purchases relevant to one's area of contribution.
- Negotiate with suppliers to optimize costs and deadlines.
- Manage the supplier portfolio.
- Inform management of the difficulties and results of purchasing operations.
- Finalize supply schedules and communicate them to hierarchical managers.
- Ensure that supply programs are updated after periodic communication of production achievements.
- Follow up on local and foreign purchase requests.
- To monitor foreign purchase files with freight forwarders.
- Prepare the files for payment.
- Ensure the monitoring and updating of purchase request tables and local and import purchase orders.
- To monitor customer orders and handle customer complaints.
- preparation of invoices and purchase orders for the client.
- Ensure invoices are submitted to the client.
- Monitor payments.
