Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify the company's purchasing needs. 
  • Research and select suppliers based on quality, price and deadlines.
  • Negotiate purchasing conditions and establish purchase orders.
  • Monitor deliveries and ensure product conformity.
  • Manage stocks and participate in updating inventories.
  • Collaborate with other departments (kitchen, store, logistics).
