Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify the company's purchasing needs.
- Research and select suppliers based on quality, price and deadlines.
- Negotiate purchasing conditions and establish purchase orders.
- Monitor deliveries and ensure product conformity.
- Manage stocks and participate in updating inventories.
- Collaborate with other departments (kitchen, store, logistics).
- Training in management, business or logistics.
- Experience desired in a similar position.
- Good negotiation skills and organizational skills.
- My experience with office tools (Excel, Word).
- Rigor, responsiveness and team spirit.
