Roles & Responsibilities

end and Market Insights: Monitor Gen Z trends (social media, trade shows, bloggers), and accurately predict seasonal fashion trends for categories like apparel, accessories, and electronic parts.

Product Planning and Sourcing: Develop category sourcing plans (style/price/range), lead product selection, supplier negotiations, and control costs (e.g., 3C certification for electronic parts, safety standards for kitchenware).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of experience as a buyer/sourcer in the fast fashion or retail industry, familiar with the supply chain across multiple categories (apparel/accessories/electronics/home furnishings);
  • Proficient in cost accounting, supplier negotiations, and over-the-counter (OTB) procurement budget management;
  • Proficient in data analysis using Excel/BI tools.
