Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
✅Manage the complete procurement lifecycle from requisition to PO closeout. ✅Review and verify purchase requisitions for accuracy and compliance. ✅Issue RFQs/RFPs via the e-Sourcing portal (Jaggaer) and handle vendor queries. ✅ Prepare bid comparisons and secure approvals as per DOA. ✅ Draft and issue Purchase Orders and Contract Agreements. ✅ Follow up with vendors for PO acknowledgment, delivery, and documentation. ✅ Review and process vendor invoices and payments. ✅ Support annual framework agreements and project-related procurement activities. ✅ Identify and prequalify new vendors to expand the approved supplier list. ✅ Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies and quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. ✅ 4–7 years of experience in procurement (preferably in construction or contracting). ✅ Knowledge of e-Sourcing platforms (Jaggaer preferred). ✅ Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
