Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices, terms, and delivery schedules.

  • Manage and maintain relationships with Chinese suppliers to ensure smooth material flow.

  • Handle purchasing of industrial and production materials (UMS, CDA, CAM).

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate closely with production and logistics teams.

  • Track supplier performance, analyze cost trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Business.

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Buyer in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Familiarity with Chinese supplier markets and import procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in ERP or procurement management systems.
