Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


The ideal candidate will have a solid network within the heavy mechanical equipment and oil & gas sector and possess strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in purchasing mechanical equipment or spare parts for the oil & gas industry
Proven background in vendor management and supplier network development
Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
Experience with manufacturing or oilfield equipment companies preferred

Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement of heavy equipment parts and mechanical components for oil & gas projects
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers within the UAE and internationally
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to ensure best value and timely procurement
Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure compliance with company and project standards
Collaborate closely with engineering, logistics, and project teams to meet equipment sourcing needs
