Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handles orders assigned by his boss for local purchases of maintenance and production products.
- He surveys the local market and prepares comparative reports which he sends to his boss who must decide according to the purchasing procedure in force.
- Deliver the goods to the stock management and warehouse department, which must ensure quantitative and qualitative control.
- Processes and controls supplier invoices and forwards them for payment and justification, particularly regarding quality, quantity and deadlines.
- Keeps records relating to their activities.
- Provides periodic and ad hoc documents within the prescribed time limits as part of its activity.
Desired Candidate Profile
- University level.
- Training on the Purchasing and Supply Procedure.
- 3-5 years of experience in purchasing and supply.
- Rigour and availability.
