Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver customer service and service excellence training for initial, recurrent, upgrade, and ad-hoc cabin crew programs.
  • Conduct specialized service training including Grooming, Cabin Service, Galley Management, POS/Inflight Sales, Hajj & Umrah, and Charter Flight operations.
  • Deliver customized service training for ACMI/wet lease and third-party crews, aligned with brand and operational requirements.
  • Ensure effective learning transfer through interactive facilitation and adult learning methodologies.
  • Develop, update, and maintain customer service training materials, job aids, and assessments.
  • Revise training content in response to operational updates, service procedure changes, and commercial initiatives.
  • Ensure training materials are current, version-controlled, and compliant with corporate standards.
  • Provide post-training coaching and feedback to cabin crew to support service performance improvement.
  • Conduct follow-up observations or refresher sessions to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Support Line Trainers and Performance Officers with service refreshers and coaching tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree or diploma in Education, Hospitality, Aviation, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Train-the-Trainer or Instructional Design certification.

Customer Service or Service Excellence certification.

Certifications in Emotional Intelligence, Behavioural Coaching, or Conflict Management (desirable).

Aviation-related certifications (IATA, ICAO) are an advantage.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in airline cabin crew operations, customer service, or training roles including experience in delivering instructor-led customer service or soft skills training.

Exposure to ACMI/wet lease or third-party crew training environments is preferred.
