Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare cable pathways by installing cable trays, conduits, and supports to ensure a safe and organized environment for cable installation.
- Assist in the pulling of various types of cables (power, data, fiber optic) through designated pathways, using appropriate tools and techniques to prevent damage.
- Measure, cut, and strip cables to the required lengths and specifications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail for proper connections.
- Participate in the setup and operation of cable pulling equipment, including winches, rollers, and lubricants, to facilitate efficient cable installation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred to showcase basic educational foundation.
- Possession of a valid driver's license to facilitate travel to job sites and operation of company vehicles, if required.
- Relevant certifications, such as OSHA 10 or 30, to demonstrate a commitment to workplace safety and industry standards.
- Prior experience in electrical or construction environments (1-2 years), indicating familiarity with cable installation practices.
