Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Cable Laying, pulling, rack installation, termination, patching, piping, conduits, CAT6, CAT6A, UTP cables laying, Fiber cabling, Fiber slicing and termination

Desired Candidate Profile
- Associate degree in Telecommunications, Networking, or a related field is preferred for foundational knowledge.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in cabling installation and maintenance in commercial environments.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ANSI/TIA and ISO/IEC for structured cabling systems is essential.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings for effective installation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex cabling issues independently.
- Excellent physical endurance and dexterity, as the role involves manual labor and working in confined spaces.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members and provide clear explanations of technical concepts.
