Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT & telecom systems
Support and maintenance of LAN/WAN networks
Configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and Wi-Fi networks
Structured cabling (UTP/Fiber) installation and maintenance
Basic configuration and support of IP Telephony and PABX systems
Troubleshooting network and end-user technical issues
Knowledge and support of ELV systems (CCTV and access control)
Maintain proper technical documentation
Provide emergency and on-call technical support as required
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or ITI in IT, Telecommunications, Electronics, Networking, or a related field
2–5 years of relevant experience in IT/Telecom support
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office, and email systems
Networking certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA are an advantage
Ability to work in site/camp environments
Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
