Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the CAD team, ensuring smooth case flow and adherence to production timelines.

Monitor and maintain quality standards, ensuring all designs meet K Line s precision and performance criteria.

Support the Head of CAD in tracking KPIs, analyzing performance data, and implementing improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with internal departments (Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Customer Success) to ensure project alignment and on-time delivery.

Train and mentor new team members on CAD protocols, workflows, and dental design standards.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and digital dentistry best practices.

Participate in cross-departmental meetings to discuss operational bottlenecks and propose process enhancements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Dentistry (or equivalent dental background is required).

  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM dental software.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential with the ability to guide and motivate a technical team.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to precision and quality.
  • A proactive mindset with problem-solving orientation.
  • Prior experience in digital orthodontics, aligner production, or dental CAD operations is a plus.
