Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare detailed CAD drawings and shop drawings for interior fit-out projects. Produce accurate construction and as-built drawings. Coordinate drawing revisions with design and site teams. Maintain project documentation and drawing registers. Ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
  • 3 5 years of experience in CAD Drafting, preferably in Interior Fit-Out projects.
  • Advanced AutoCAD skills.
  • Experience in Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings, and Technical Detailing.
  • Good understanding of construction details, BOQs, and materials.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
