Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare detailed architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD. Develop layout plans, elevations, sections, joinery details, and shop drawings. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and site teams. Ensure drawings comply with local authority regulations and project standards in Dubai. Revise drawings as per design updates and site requirements. Maintain proper documentation and drawing records. Assist in BOQ preparation and material take-offs when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Drafting. 3–5 years of relevant experience (UAE experience preferred). Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other 3D software is an advantage. Good understanding of construction detailing and materials. Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations is preferred. Strong coordination and communication skills. Ability to work under deadlines.
