Roles & Responsibilities

As a Draftsman(Tower Cranes), you support our technical team by preparing and managing precise crane drawings from installation plans to layout updates ensuring fast and accurate responses to project changes.

What tasks await you?

Prepare accurate 2D and 3D drawings for tower crane layouts, components, and assembly plans using AutoCAD and Navisworks
Revise and update existing technical drawings based on client requests and project changes in close collaboration with the technical lead
Support engineers by delivering clear technical documentation for crane positioning, load calculations, and site planning
Maintain a well-organized archive of drawing versions, BOMs, and project documentation
Work closely with the technical and site teams to understand project needs and meet tight deadlines
Ensure compliance with UAE/Saudi regulations and international standards (e.g. EN 14439), while incorporating safety and structural requirements

What is your job profile?

Technical diploma or degree in mechanical or civil engineering, or relevant drafting education
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, crane design, or heavy machinery projects
Strong skills in AutoCAD (2D/3D); experience with Navisworks and BOM creation preferred
Accurate and detail-oriented working style, with the ability to adapt quickly to frequent change requests
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus
Willing to join immediately; position based in Dubai (Barsha Heights)
