Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the creation and modification of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) CAD drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall building designs, resolving clashes and conflicts proactively.
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive library of CAD standards, details, and symbols, promoting consistency and efficiency across all projects.
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other project documents to understand MEP system requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
A Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Engineering Technology or a related field is highly preferred.
Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in MEP CAD design and coordination within the construction industry, showcasing practical knowledge.
Demonstrated experience with various MEP software, AutoCADis a must.
