Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas and service staff
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination for coffee, pastries, and merchandise
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand presentation standards
  • Handle scheduling, shift planning, and payroll coordination
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and warmth
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on promotions and seasonal launches

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in caf , F&B, or hospitality management
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with specialty coffee equipment and service styles (e.g., V60, espresso, cold brew)
  • Fluent in English
  • Available for immediate start in Doha
