Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily caf operations and staff scheduling
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Implement health and safety standards and practices
- Train and supervise caf staff
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets
- Promote a welcoming atmosphere to attract and retain customers
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Caf Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
