Requirements
  • At least three years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
  • Excellent customer service skills and commitment to ensuring high standards of service.
  • Sound knowledge of inventory management, ordering, and cost-control procedures.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a high-pressure environment.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and budget management principles.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale and cafe management software systems.
