Job Description

  • Monitor and develop the maintenance team performance.
  • Monitor and achieve all our targets.
  • Working to improve the team performance by monitor and develop their performance.
  • Operate service operations by executing sector strategies through developing objectives and plans as well as monitoring plans implementation.
  • Operate service operations by developing periodic reports and presentations as well as communicating team needs
  • Monitor and develop service operations supervisors by developing performance development plan and following up required actions status
  • Monitor and develop service operations supervisors by improving their performance through coaching and following up the various KPIs
  • Monitor and develop service operations supervisors by developing their management skills and behavior through monitoring daily operations
  • Manage and develop service operations by developing overall service performance and enhancing cross-functional relations
  • Manage and develop service operations by enhancing customer satisfaction and response time and feedback accuracy
  • Execute operations projects by initiating new projects and contributing in the running projects

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in (Engineering Mechanical or Electrical.)
  • 2-5 years of related experience.
  • Very good Spoken and written command of English language.
  • Strong Leadership skills, preferably including Leading/Managing/Mentoring Others experience
  • Strong Logical and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multifunctional environment
  • Problem solving skills through innovation and creativitybr>
  • Manage, monitor, and develop service operations teams through supervising and coaching of group supervisors, as well as monitoring technician s whole performance, follow the day-by-day field operations for achieving the objectives, achieving the operational KPIs, the sales target and develop people
