JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Responsible for secondary targets.
• Managing Distributor Business performance.
• Develop and update the weekly sales plan according to agreed monthly targets.
• Plan, forecast, and follow-on stock volumes required to achieve weekly sales plan.
• Manage order making to maintain Unilever range availability and presence in each distributor.
• Follow-up on order delivery to insure full order delivery on time.
• Building Strong Relationship with each customer & DT.
• Lead Training & Development and coaching for customer sales team.
• Manage merchandising team if applicable, assess their performance and planograms.
• Plan review/Achievement follow up/customer visits /follow up on CS & Logistics Team.
• Branch s visits & Markets visits.
• Activities implementation/competition updates.
• Finance related tasks (Transfers / deposits / conformations).
