Caledonian College Of Engineering Careers

Caledonian College of Engineering (CCE) came in to existence in the year 1996 and is known to be a well-known Oman based university. Offering world-class technology education to its students since inception, Caledonian is affiliated with Glasgow Caledonian University in the UK and is in collaboration with Vellore Institute of Technology University in India. The university has an enviable stature in the Middle East’s education domain with a student population of around 3,700 and over 390 academic, support and administrative staff. The courses and programs offered by CCE are of the international standards as set by the autonomous agencies, such as Quality Assurance Agency, UK, and the All India Council for Technical Education.

The university college offers modern facilities and special services to its students, such as Wi-Fi, smart boards and new laboratories and a whole new concept of independent learning. Caledonian College of Engineering understands the fact the life in corporate is different; thus, conducts certified courses and tailor-made staff development programs. These programs are carved under the protocols of College’s Industry Relations and Corporate Training Division. With this, CCE demonstrates its strife to maintain lifelong learning and human resource development in Oman and the region as a whole.

The university also runs its ‘Higher Education Admission Centre’ division that is established as per Royal Decree No.104/200. This division will receive applications for joining the higher education institutions in the Sultanate. This is an electronic system and the students admitted are informed through e-mails or SMSs.
