Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Actively listen to customers, empathize with their concerns, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs and exceed expectations.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and update account information in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges, adhering to company policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call resolution time, customer satisfaction scores, and sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferrable pharmacy graduate - Arab Speakers Only

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Call Center for any pharmacy
