Roles & Responsibilities

· Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

· Provide accurate information to customers and resolve queries effectively.

· Maintain call records and update CRM systems accurately.

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

· Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
