Roles & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming and/or outgoing calls.
- Help customers and answer their questions.
- Explain company products or services clearly.
- Solve customer issues in a polite and professional way.
- Support customer satisfaction.
- Very Attractive Package
- 5 working days + 2 days off (Rotational).
- 8 working hours + 1 hrs break.
- Annual balance.
- Social, Medical insurance and life insurance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Soft and communication skills.
- A Bachelor's degree is a must.
