Roles & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist with outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, or surveys.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
- Provide accurate information about hospital services, departments, and procedures.
- Handle patient complaints or concerns with empathy and escalate when necessary.
- Route calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Customer Service or Call Center Operations are a plus.
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in a call center, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in [required languages, e.g., Arabic and English].
- Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism and empathy.
