Roles & Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, or surveys.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
  • Provide accurate information about hospital services, departments, and procedures.
  • Handle patient complaints or concerns with empathy and escalate when necessary.
  • Route calls to appropriate departments or personnel.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in Customer Service or Call Center Operations are a plus.
  • Minimum 1 2 years of experience in a call center, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
