Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and inquiries.
- Resolve complaints professionally.
- Provide accurate information and support.
- Maintain Customer records.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic computer Knowledge.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Arabic and English preferred.
Schedule: 3 Days AM / 3 Days PM - 1 Day Off
