Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle calls, respond to customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department
  • Meet daily and monthly performance targets (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction)
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
  • Follow communication scripts and company guidelines

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in any relevant field
  • Excellent - Fluent English speakers
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and listening abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts
