Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Schedule appointments and manage bookings for spa, gym, and medical services.
Provide detailed information about GROOVY Medical Spa s offerings, promotions, and procedures.
Resolve client concerns and complaints with empathy, ensuring a positive client experience.
Maintain accurate client records and update information in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and gather feedback post-service.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets for response time and client satisfaction.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new services, products, and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or client support role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused attitude.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology.
Professional demeanor and appearance suitable for a medical spa environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
