Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues.
Provide accurate information about J&T Express services, shipments, and delivery status.
Resolve customer problems efficiently and escalate complex issues when needed.
Record customer interactions and update the database with relevant information.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and problem resolution.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth handling of customer requests.
Ability to handle customer complaints and provide solutions calmly.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel).
Good English skills (able to understand and respond) B1
