Duration: 3 months (Temporary - Extendable based on client requirements)
Hiring Type:
- Through Labor Card or Secondment only
- No transfer of sponsorship
Position Title: Call Center Agent
Location: Doha, Qatar (Client location)
Language Requirement:
- Native Arabic speakers
- English proficiency is a plus
Role Summary:
We are looking for 2 experienced Call Center Agents to support one project with our client. The ideal candidates will be fluent in Arabic, have prior experience in customer service or call center operations, and be able to join on short notice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding services and processes
- Record all interactions and update relevant databases/systems
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Follow scripts and standard operating procedures as required by the client
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Native Arabic speaker
- Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of calls
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- Experience in banking or government customer service centers
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
Contract Terms:
- Temporary position for 3 months
- Hiring through labor card or secondment only
- No change of sponsorship
- Potential extension based on performance and client requirements
Joining:
- Immediate joiners are preferred
- Candidates with short notice periods may also be considered
