Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and service requests.
  • Interact with customers over various communication mediums including phone, email, social media channels (Instagram, Facebook), and WhatsApp.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, promotions, and available appointments.
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments efficiently to maximize branch availability.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns or complaints professionally.
  • Assist in resolving client issues and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Coordinate with operational team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers.
  • Achieve performance targets, including client conversion rates, customer retention, and service quality.

Employment Type: Full-Time UAE labor contract (48 hours / week)

Job Location: Call Center Agents can be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi

About Us: Furless Permanent is a leading provider of permanent hair removal solutions, committed to delivering exceptional customer service. We are establishing an in-house call center and looking for enthusiastic and motivated call center agents to join our growing team.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both English and Arabic (verbal and written).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle customer queries in a calm, professional manner.
  • Previous call center experience is preferred. Medical industry exposure is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus) and Call Center Systems (Ziwo experience is a plus).
  • Flexible and able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
