Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries with efficiency and accuracy, aiming for first-call resolution.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening, empathizing with customer concerns, and offering tailored solutions to resolve issues effectively.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the CRM system for comprehensive record-keeping.
- Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate product or service recommendations, enhancing customer satisfaction and potential sales opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Only Dubai UAE Nationals to be considered (family book & living in Dubai).
Open for rotational shifts.
High school certificate.
National service completed.
Only Male candidates.
2 days off.
