Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries with efficiency and accuracy, aiming for first-call resolution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening, empathizing with customer concerns, and offering tailored solutions to resolve issues effectively.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the CRM system for comprehensive record-keeping.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate product or service recommendations, enhancing customer satisfaction and potential sales opportunities.

  • Only Dubai UAE Nationals to be considered (family book & living in Dubai).

  • Open for rotational shifts.

  • High school certificate.

  • National service completed.
