Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Call Center Agent, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information to customers in a professional and timely manner.
This role is ideal for individuals who are excellent communicators, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Document interactions and update customer records in the system
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
- Meet performance targets such as response time and quality metrics
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor s degree is a plus)
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Fluency in English and/or German (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
