Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking to hire Call Center Agent to be a Customer Service with 1-2 years experience as a Call Center for a leading Group based in Antelias.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients through cold calling, emails, and networking.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Present and promote company products/services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide after-sales support and regular follow-up.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities.
Requirements:
- 1 2+ years of experience in Call Center or corporate sales.
- Strong cold calling and communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Goal-driven with a proactive attitude.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Working Schedule :Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm.
Saturdays and Sundays off.
Desired Candidate Profile
1 2+ years of experience in Call Center or corporate sales.

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
