Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Receive inbound calls
Perform outbound calls
Telesales
Answer social media and WhatsApp messages
Good knowledge of excel, CRM and Google Sheets, data collection and reporting.
Great communication skills (written and verbal), good in English and French.
Schedule from Monday to Friday: 9 am - 6 pm , and every other Saturday 9 am - 1 pm
Desired Candidate Profile

Preferably being available Immediately.
