Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
span>Manage outbound calls in a polite and professional manner./span> /p>
span>Ensure the customer satisfaction by performing necessary outbound calls related to appointments confirmation and cancellation./span> /p>
span>Perform reports that required by direct supervisor./span> /p>
span>Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to approved standards and guidelines./span> /p>
span>Communicate and confer with customers by using various web based tools./span> /p>
span>Execute effective communication skills to deal tactfully with different kinds of customers. /span> /p>
span>Implements appropriate policies and procedures to achieve the Hospital s goals and objectives in pursuit of Standards of Care, Quality / Performance Improvement /span> /p>
span>Perform any other tasks within his/her competence as directed by the Call Center Manager./span> /p>
