Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring the team meets performance targets while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective call center strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and targeted coaching to team members.
  • Analyze call center metrics and data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.

  • 10+ years of experience in call center operations preferably with experience of having worked in hospital sector.

  • Proven track record in managing teams and driving performance in a high-volume call center environment.

  • Language - Arab Speaking.

  • Certifications in customer service management or call center operations are highly desirable.
