Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring the team meets performance targets while providing exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective call center strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and targeted coaching to team members.
- Analyze call center metrics and data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
10+ years of experience in call center operations preferably with experience of having worked in hospital sector.
Proven track record in managing teams and driving performance in a high-volume call center environment.
Language - Arab Speaking.
Certifications in customer service management or call center operations are highly desirable.
