Roles & Responsibilities
Supervising the overall dept and co-ordinating with doctors, customer relation managers regarding queries and complaint received from the patients through calls.
Preparing Inquiry report
Working on patients' complaints
Preparing agent report.
Preparing Live Chat Report.
Helping out in the training process.
Supervising the department.
Making sure that the team updated and educated accordingly about any information.
Handling patients and agents concern.
