Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a professional and customer‑focused UAE National Call Center Agent to join our hospital call center team. The role involves handling patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service coordination while ensuring excellence in patient experience.
This position supports the organization’s Emiratization initiative and is open to UAE Nationals only.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments accurately
Respond to patient inquiries related to hospital services and departments
Route calls efficiently to the appropriate teams
Maintain accurate records while ensuring patient confidentiality
Follow call center protocols, scripts, and service quality standards
Escalate urgent or complex matters to supervisors as required
Qualifications
✅ Eligibility & Requirements (MANDATORY)
⚠️ Please apply ONLY if you meet the below criteria:
✅ UAE National (Emirati Passport & Family Book required)
✅ High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
✅ Previous experience in hospital, healthcare, or customer service is preferred
✅ Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
✅ Basic computer and call handling system knowledge
✅ Willing and able to work in Dubai
