Location: Qatar
Job Requirements:
Minimum High School Education (Higher education is an advantage)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center as a Call Centre Agent, preferably in the healthcare industry
Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing applications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
